Ryze's E is randomly doing 300% damage against targets.
Best I can figure out is:
Targets have to be close to you, or each other, or close to where it bounces. Bouncing from ryze back to the target is a pretty good way to reproduce it. Try it against baron it's pretty consistent.

JJI7441 votesI don't think that it is, but make sure you are factoring in the MR shred that really shouldn't be built into his kit. But anyway...
If it is the bug I am thinking of, it has been around forever. As far as I can tell, it happens when you use some form of a dash to overlap character models. The same thing can happen with Fiddle's dark wind if Fiddle targets a Lee who then safegaurds to a freindly champ.
