his W is the whole champion it's true that he has no real losing matchups and thats just base design
but if he has so many winning matchups and his winrate doesn't follow it shows that the champion has weaknesses just not strong enough
his winrate went from 44 to 54% without even being touched
Illaoi is an excellent counter matchup for sett. You just have to land e and make sure when he ults you you stay in your circle and you win
He has weaknesses. He physically cannot deal with poke or range. His W is mediocre at best to realistically useless if youre not bursting him down and fighting him in his face, given the majority of its damage comes from grit which expires rapidly. Poke and run, which is how you handle any juggernaut. Treat him like darius and dont all in him in an extended fight, and understand that hurting him helps him hurt you harder.
I play Skarner top, and the only time I lose to Sett is when I'm camped all lane phase by his jungler...
He has weaknesses. I think he could use some retuning, but he isnt broken or OP.

Yeah, slows to prevent him from touching you entirely are definitely hard to come by in this game.
