Conqueror AOE healing should be 33% what is this

This, give it back some of the adaptive force scaling it lost and just throw out the healing which will never be properly balanced along with the plethora of fucking healing items in the game (Especially on the AD side of things).

Yes it's really stupid, hecarim heals 1/4 of his hp with one Q if he hits 3 or 4 champions no wonder nobody picks renekton

They all need weird mini games, gimmicks and conditions to meet before they are allowed to use their kit.
