I hate being Chat Restricted.

I know what i did, which was flaming people, was wrong but i don't think chat restricting me is helping.

This is my third chat restriction of all time. But every time i'm chat restricted it just makes me even worse, i can't communicate with my team, which is extraordinarily frustrating. Trying to tell them something like "Hey, lulu has a fat shield, we should focus her because she's giving her entire team 3k HP" is really hard to do when i have to wait before i can say it. Whats more i seem to get flamed more myself when i'm chat restricted, i don't know why but the 3 games i'v played today while restricted have all been full of flame both on my side and their's.

Like i don't know what to do, i can easily mute people, but trying to explain to someone something like "Hey, i can't leash top this game, i have a bad match up, i don't want to lose lane priority." is so difficult when i can't say it to someone.
