there were multiple people involved in the juggernaut update.

riot repertoir was one of them and he did a fantastic job, especially when it came to transparancy and player feedback.

he has been the only one who was active on these forums and involved in balance discussions. if anything, other rioters could learn from him.

jhinn is a broken concept. hes a caster adc with the auto attack burst of a marksman, and the spell damage of a mage. in what world is it fair to give a champion the advantages of marksmen and mages at the same time?

give people time to figure him out. his winrate is gonna skyrocket and the first nerf he gets is that allies cant enable his w.

Considering the juggernauts still remain at the top of the ban list, he needs to start figuring things out for himself instead of blowing feedback out of proportion. "Especially" in your case should be switched to "only." Transparency and feedback are the only things he did well, not design.

"Burst" applies to mages and assassins, not ADCs. He's a Marksman who is burst instead of sustain like the others. That's his concept, with nothing broken about it save for an almost absolute reliance on teammates.

The concept of tanks with targeted 1000 easy or True damage single abilities and 3 seconds bursts without damage items, healing in the kit that requires neither Spellvamp nor Lifesteal, and CC to make lack of mobility a nonexistent issue is far more broken.

they havent been banned since the start of preseason. theyre nowhere near on top of the ban lists.

who cares about normal games. and the preseason patch is more than a month old.

its more like in 5 years they got a month of spotlight before riot had overbuff marksmen again.
