Is there anyway to save a game if one or more lanes gets completely demolished?

I'm not talking about simply losing lane by maybe a few CS or a kill or two.

I'm talking about having the inner turret go down before 15 minutes. Or a Twitch getting 9 kills in the same amount of time against a a Draven and Soraka.

Stuff like this has been happening alot recently: I perform decently in lane, either going even, or winning. But then I look at the rest of my team, of whom all have 5+ deaths before 20 minutes, one of the lanes has its inner turret down, and.........list goes on.

I;m not trying to bash anyone, I'd just like to know how someone can possibly help save such games.

Rare but possible. I had a game with a 4-0 yasuo and like 12-0 Yi at 13 minutes. Top and mid gone but bot standing. Eventually all inners lost. But the other team threw many many many many fights. Like you would think after one Baron we could come back. No of course not. Two barons? Not yet. Three barons! How the heck did we get three barons. But even then we were too far behind to end. Eventually we did win though after some wierd push with 1 super or something.

The big 5hing is can and will your team play it out. So many teams start chasing instead of farming. Sometimes it gets a kill, but playing safe minimuzes chances to lose.
