. I just want to point out there are many AP/hybrid champs who could use another attack speed item
I don't think attack speed should be an AD only primary stat. It can be shared with ap as well without ruin the balance of the game.

Mord doesn't really need anything atm totally abused in every gameplay nearly 100% banned in every game and 100% picked if not banned

AP itemization needs nerfs, not buffs. About half the champs on that list have been balance problems since their release.
Melee auto-attackers need a good armor option (i.e. an armor equivalent to Wit's End) as they currently have nothing. They have to gimp their builds just to survive against AD heavy teams.
Shyv and Udyr would benefit far more from an on-attack speed item that gives them armor over AP. Would help them out immensely against champs like Lee Sin, Kayn and Kha'zix.
