Shen could use these buffs:

Movement Speed Increased to 340 from 335 Q range increased to 500 from 475 units W now reduces the cooldown of Ki Strike by 1 second on Activation E scales with 0.5 AP and 0.5 Bonus Movement Speed (does not benefit from spell steroids)

He also needs a lore revamp and or theme rework.

Revert the nerf to his taunt's effected area and he will basically be fine.

That nerf was basically doen with no good context to an ability where if his misses it he is in a really bad spot.

It isn't like J4 flag toss which was nerfed at the same because j4 could easily gank level 2 and for sure get a kill on that gank or 30 seconds later on a second gank with little to no effort.
