Knight's Vow clarification

So, just wondering, how does this item interact with resistances? Do you redirect the damage premitigation and apply your own resistances? Or do you redirect the damage postmitigation and just take that much damage? Does it redirect postmitigation and further mitigate it with your own resistances?

Has been clarified.

It reads to me like you take the post mitigation damage that your adc recieves as true damage, and heal up from the post mitigation damage your adc deals to enemies.

STILL UP IN THE AIR: Also, how does this interact with Bond of Stone? Do the two make each other less useful in any way?

Thank you, that seems reasonable.

From what I read prior, Knight's Vow stuff is true damage.

So probably mitigated by ADC defenses then directed as true damage to you. Alrighty, thanks.

ON MY WAY UNIQUE Passive: If your Partner is nearby, gain + 15% movement Speed when moving towards them and + 40 additional armor. I GOTCHU FAM UNIQUE Passive: If your Partner is nearby, heal for 12% of the damage your Partner deals to champions and redirect 12% of the damage your Partner takes from champions to you as true damage (healing and damage redirection are reduced by 50% if you are ranged). (Champions can only be linked by one Knight’s Vow at a time.)

Correct me if I am wrong, but true damage doesn't have any mitigation? The only Damage reduction is the range bit it mentions.

I think ART OF THE SWORD nailed it. I read what you posted and it makes more sense now. I didn't see the true damage bit.
