I play mid, get stupidly fed, but my team has fed a collective 30+ kills, and there's nothing I can do.
I play top, I roam everyfuckingwhere and get every tower, every drag, I'm in every teamfight, but I still lose because my team is incompetent and doesn't know how to use the lead I give them.
I play jungle, and I get literally every single drag, and herald, and I gank every chance I get, but nothing happens because, again, my team has no idea what to do.
I play ADC, and while I get massively fed, the enemy team just dives me and the rest of my team can't do anything, so I end up losing.
I play support, and it's like I'm babysitting a bunch of 5 year olds that can't play the game to save their lives.

What do I do? How do I actually enjoy myself? I'd like to not spend all fucking year in silver / gold.

Do what I did YEARS ago. Ditch ranked entirely, go play some ARAM. All I've played for 4 years because... well 80% of the time... it is just fun. Like LoL used to be in every mode.

You could start by posting on the account you actually play ranked in so we can see what you are doing and attempt to give a solution.

The first things I notice by a quick glance is that your CS is extremely low in middle lane and you don't get nearly enough control wards. Your cs in top lane is decent but it is less than half of what it should be in mid meaning you are probably only getting about 2/3 of the gold you should be, if not less. As for control wards, I often purchase more in a single game than you have in your past 20 games combined. This tells me that you don't take vision control as serious as you should. Vision control is something that benefits your entire team and allows all of you to perform better. It gives you opportunities to make picks and prevents getting picked yourself.

Another thing I see is that you have excellent KDA on all of your champions but your win rate doesn't reflect that. I would need to see you actually play so this is just conjecture, but maybe you are being too passive and not taking advantage of opportunities that come with a small amount of risk. Even if you have a score of 5/0/0, it doesn't help your team any if you never take advantage of that and go in during team fights.

I know my CS is low, but that's because I roam a lot to try and control the headless chickens I'm on a team with, and prevent them from feeding too hard. I can play from behind just fine, so it doesn't bother me if I'm short on gold, but I can't do much if everyone on the enemy team has 3-5+ kills by 15 minutes.

And I know vision is important, but I'm always looking at the map, and more or less know exactly what the enemy team is doing by watching how they move and looking at what's going on in the game. It would help my teammates for sure, and I do make sure to ward important chokes while we're pushing or doing an objective, but I don't really ward for myself ever, and I almost never die to ganks (unless it's something like Rengar flying out of his ult, where I can't do anything about it anyway).

I do play passive, I won't deny that. I'm a very opportunistic player, and I know all the matchups, so I go in when I know I can at least not die doing so. I always go in with my team though, even if it's a bad idea, but I'm usually able to get out once my team all dies.

If that is the case, I would suggest trying to become a shot caller then. This doesn't mean type in chat about what your team should be doing. This means you should always be pinging multiple times every time you see anything note worthy. This could be missing pings in any lane, where you think the enemy jungler is, what objectives you think you should be doing, and objectives you think your enemy is doing with them missing. If your pings in the early game help your team at all, they will be confident in your pings later on and actually listen to you. This trust is thrown away the instant you flame someone though if you are someone who is prone to doing that.

I'm prone to complaining, which I wouldn't really call flaming.

People in silver / gold usually don't listen though. I try to explain why picking all squishy damage dealers isn't a good idea, and I'm ignored. I try to get people to push for towers or a drag or something, and I'm ignored. Maybe I just need to work on convincing people to do the right thing.

This is the reason for my suggestion to not use chat and only use pings. People can easily dismiss any kind of text as "they are just tilted" or something but when you ping exactly where the jungler is 5 seconds before they gank top lane and save your top laner's life, I guarantee they will listen to you when you ping them to take tower or ask them later on to split push a lane or teleport to dragon. By asking them to split you can simply ping them being alive then target an enemy tower and you can ping for assistance followed by pinging that their teleport is ready.

Another thing I would suggest is going to leagueofgraphs.com and watching the top players for a specific champion. You like Zoe, so here is the highest ranked Zoe player https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/summoner/eune/Looking+4+6irl. You can watch their recent games here and learn how they play. I did this for Mordekaiser mid and learned a lot just by watching 2 games from the best Morde player. One of those actually transferred over to every champion I play which is ward placement in middle lane. I saw that he wards the middle of the point where river meets land by the raptors every single time his ward is up and I quickly saw why. That location gives more than twice as much vision coverage as any bush near the same area. You can see the entire river as well as the enemy doing raptors.
