lethality pushes riven over the edge
imba ,youmou ghostblade or edge of night cya hp bar ,hard hitting Q and passive ,with insane scalling with AD and armor pen .

No it doesnt.
And of course its gonna do high damage, its a melee carry champion with a full glass cannon build, if you cc her once she dies with that build.
I guess you could say,
That build makes her... Lethal.
I rarely ever see a Riven build Lethality, she generally builds Cleaver into Ravenous Hydra.
