Okay honestly everyone goes through this at some point in their climb. You get on a bad streak of games. Best thing to do is pack it up and come back in a few days, when you probably won't get matched with these people.
In terms of dealing with these games, my best suggestion is to play your champion to its strengths.
If you're gonna play a selfish farm jungler, then don't try to save lanes or get them ahead. Just focus on strengthening yourself and only coming out when you're a level or two ahead of the enemy jungler.
Or, as an alternative, play champions that are strong in ganks that can also carry. Amumu, Hecarim, and Volibear are all really strong gankers that have enough damage to carry, while also being tanky and simple to play.
If you really want to get fancy, you can pick up Rengar or Shaco, two champions who have their kits designed to get ahead by cheese ganking with their stealth. They're really difficult to stop when they're ahead, and in lower elos nobody knows how to deal with them. Just keep in mind you're going to lose A LOT before you start getting good with them, but they have very high payoffs.
Another tip is to keep a positive attitude. Don't flame your teammates when they look like they're gonna start feeding, and don't say GG after the first few kills. Just say "Play safe, dw, I gotcha." and proceed to carry them. If they don't listen, then continue to be polite but just do your own thing.
The last thing is to avoid dying. In most of those games you have a lot of kills, but you also have nearly as many deaths as your team's "feeders". Don't ever take risks. Make sure you have a plan for everything. For example, if you want to invade their jungler, make sure you are positive you know where he's gonna be and whether you'll get caught. Yes, accidents happen, but avoiding those accidents can save you so many wins.
Expanding on this, don't gank lanes if you aren't sure you'll get anything off of them. If there's nothing to gank, don't try to force anything. Just place wards to find the enemy jungler and get ready for counterganks. Also, if you see the enemy jungler ganking a lane that's too far away, then you NEED to do something like gank an opposite lane or take an objective. Just applying pressure can win games alone.
As a final note, watch streamers and YouTube commentators for tips on jungling. Trick2G is by far the best teacher when it comes to controlling the map and taking the right jungle clear paths. If you're playing Top Lane, I wish I could still recommend SoloRenektonOnly, but he's sadly moved on to Overwatch.
