Would crit damage runes be good on Jhin?

I was thinking of going crit damage reds, quints, and blues maybe.

Anyone got the math? I don't have 18k ip yet for the runes.

Yes, Crit Damage Runes are quite fine on Jhin. They scale with his passive and infinity edge for up to around 290% ish bonus damage. With around 700-800AD, you'll be chunking people like nobody's a tank.

Also, Jhin's ult scales with crit damage modifiers.
