@Riot Ashe's Ranger focus and Volley

It was nerfed to only give one Ranger's focus stack only from volley because she could have gained all 5 instantly from hitting anything. Why not just restricted volley to gaining 1 stack per champion hit only?

That's actually a good idea. I don't know why they didn't do that.

they could make it so minions only count for one and then champions additional maybe its coding issues or something i dunno

They could and should. I find it weird that you only get one stack from a volley of 9 arrows, in which one champion can block multiple arrows.
