Xin Zhao's W passive crit
It is not increased by IE's +50% damage passive or %crit damage runes.
This makes capitalizing on the guaranteed crit impossible. Even if you wanted to forgo AD/AS in exchange for the crit damage runes, you can't. The guaranteed crit cannot exceed its base-below-normal-crit-damage amount by any means.
It's an unfair relationship that renders the added crit pointless. Then again, when it was made the problem was his healing and not the damage of the attack. It's the direct result of riot's unreasonable tendency nerf/adjust abilities that aren't the actual issue.
