Q: Now deals 65/105/145/185/225 +65% AP. Cooldown unchanged. Range increased to 525. Heal Unchanged, Travel Speed Unchanged. Hitting a target with vorpal blade who is already marked with vorpal blade refunds 10 energy.

W: Casting Feint reduces the cooldown on Ki Strike by 1 second on activation. (In addition to the 2 seconds per hit)

E: Now scales with 50% AP and 75% Flat bonus Mov Spd (Shen cannot capitilize from movement speed steroids from spells or item actives.)

EDIT: R: Shen channels for 2 seconds the opens a rift at his location and targeted ally location. The rift is open for 7 seconds and allow only 1 passage per side, after reaching 2 passage is instantaneously collaspses. Enemies can Go throw portal and instantaneously collapse it as well but the take true damage equal to 6% of their max health on teleport.

You do realize Shen (when played right and against the right enemies) is a lane bully. And even if someone manages to win the lane, he can still sustain enough to minimize the damage to can deal and teleport to allies in need to still affect the outcome of the game.
His single-target damage is really high, especially via poke and his dueling power is awesome due to his Q's sustain. He doesn't really need any buffs at all, only changes (not buffs) in his energy management.

Edit: Still +1 because I want hear more on the topic ^^

Well as we know shen, like the late great rek'sai, has a no damage utility ultimate. (With that in mind I find it fair for their basic abilities to be a little stronger than champions with damage ultimates but no a Darius can still 100 to 0 you real quick while being relatively tanky.

Shen's Q is a little underpowered in damage as his primary ability damage source but that does not bug me as much as the range, ( it currently shares the same range as Yasuo's jab Q) meaning it is quite unsafe to use for poking as every melee champ can close that gap within a second or less... even urdyr with his movment steroid.

His W is sufficient in terms of base and scaling but the side ability it has is weak impact and still lackluster with the aid of Shadow Dash, an ability I like to use at the last second to either secure a kill or escape. Not to ensure I can use my second Ki strike a few seconds faster.

His Hybrid Scaling E was more of a suggestion to a bit more damage through all builds as Mov Spd is universal, it would make it more rewarding for it's cost and cooldown. It also carries that logic "In Speed is Strength".

Personally I would like them make his ultimate like Bard's E. A team teleport that enemies can capitalize on and make sick counterplays. Though Bard's E is local, They can counter it being global by only allowing 1 passage through each side of the portal. Example (Shen goes through portal to bot lane, 1 taunt and Q then quickly returns top if he finds his presence no longer needed) or Shen's weakest ally walks through portal can comes to him where it is safe and whoever decides to go through. The enemy can take the portal before shen and have it backfire on him.

P.S. Thanks for the +1 ;)
