Ineligible to earn loot due to leaving/afk behaviours, meanwhile i got bug splatted/outright kicked 9 fucking times during my game....not once did i legitimately leave

What's that gonna do? Support tickets only work when some piece of shit ints your game and sends one to Riot about you because you were rightfully frustrated.

not true. if there is a bug for one it would help them fix it by being aware of it. two they could most likely reverse the "not eligible for loot" if in fact its a client issue and not a issue on the OP's end ( isp/router etc )

their aware game disconnects are happening, and still punish me for being kicked from the game over and over...what will a support ticket honestly do?

Hmmm? it's completely unrelated to my computer, it's riot not fixing the problems with their client and making up excuses such as it's an issue with the anti virus

If you ate getting a bug splat 99% of the time is YOUR PC! if it wasn't then a whole more people would come and be complaining about the bug splat. Anti viruses stuff are literally things outside of Riot's control. Any anti virus can at any given moment just decide to give a middle finger to any game and It's up to the people who made the anti virus to fix it. Anti viruses have been notorious for this sort of behavior and It's sometimes even recommended to just disable the anti virus altogether while installing certain software due to the anti virus getting in the way of the installation.

what's funny is the fact i have never had issues running league until recently, when TFT came out, so long as i don't load a game of TFT im pretty sure the bug splatting won't happen

I don't know how they can justify punishing dc and afk and giving leaverbuster while they have advisories posted that they know that players are getting dc. I think that if you send a ticket, then you'll have a good argument. If you happen to have made an image of the posted warning it might even send a stronger message (although it should be completely unnecessary).

I also, generally have a smooth ride, but did experience choppiness and these bugs this past week.

submit a ticket then get a revision, and stop complaining. If you get some message after the fact saying blah blah blah too bad, then THEN make a post here.

They don't account for the time when i dc'd in that game, didn't get a bugsplat and every time i tried to hit reconenct, it would just reload the reconnect windo
