Just watched a MF outrun a Singed

MF's MS items were tier 2 boots and shiv Singed has tier 2 boots with alacrity enchantment as well as ghost + his ult up

MF still outran him because of her passive.

Now, personally I don't care for either champs but why the hell can a marksman who already has an AoE slow in her kit be allowed to be faster than a singed?

This is why I hate adcs. They are rewarded too fking much for shit they do wrong. She was in a terrible position spot and still escaped.

If you are ranged that's already a huge benefit having any type of MS disabling cc such as slows snares etc. is another benefit, but why are they allowed to have MS bonuses and dashes/blinks?

There's already the summoner spell flash so why exactly do marksman get "I fucked up" things in their kit?

The only real "skill" involvement in ADC'ing is positioning. You're basically handed and spoon fed everything else. The least Riot could do is make it so if you suck ass at positioning you don't get away with a get out of jail free card

A lot of "meta" champs nowadays leave the adc with nowhere safe to position. You dont know what you are talking about.

MF only gets 70 bonus ms from her passive. Singed gets 80 from his ult. She also has 20 less base MS. Shiv is only 6% bonus MS, and Ghost is 27%. If she took Mobis, then she gets 105 bonus ms; otherwise, she has like 45. But Singed gets either 45 or 60 from his to even it out.

MF: 325+70+105=5001.06=530 Singed: 345+80+45=4701.27=596.9

The only way she could have outrun him is if she managed to hit him with her slow AND he missed his. Except Singed's range is larger. Even then, once the slow wore off, Singed should have been able to catch her, and it would run out really quickly if he took either Merc Treads or Swiftness for his tier 2.

This, also worth noting that if MF did infact have mobi boots the moment she entered combat to try and slow singed, her MS boost would drop to 25 down from 105, Singed would've caught her easily at that point.
