Even after ezreal nerfs,

Ezreal is still top tier because of multiple reasons. First of all, people just like going damage right now (damage carries could be better than tanks but people might also enjoy playing damage champs now so it's hard to tell). Ezreal is a good champ to deal with assassins which are more popular. Kleptomancy is still op right now which needs a nerf tbh before assessing his current strength. I am not sure about the other runes he runs but I know there are some pretty broken or op runes in the inspiration tree.

He's not OP because he does damage

He's OP because he can E out of bad positions, since most ADC's have to stand still and get shit on because EVERY champ has hard cc nowadays
