Does displacement/cc affect Teemo in doombots?

Just a random thought on strategy: Azir, Janna, Alistar (also viable Blitz, Syndra, etc...) plus two good wave clear champions for the side lanes. Everyone takes smite+TP. Defend the lanes with the wave clear (azir can handle mid) and then when Teemo spawns just use all the displacement to pull him in to fountain and let it kill him?

Assuming he's immune to CC as otherwise perhaps that would be too easy. Haven't had the chance to see anyone try, as I don't play a champion with displacement and haven't seen others try it on him.

since the only comment didn't answer your question, displacement does affect him (at least some will) Playing on Syndra, I could push him around with her E.

Seen a video, where poopy ults Devil Teemo and he rushes back into position. so yes and no XD
