Fleeting Footwork vs Press The Attack on Caitlyn?

I see some 'pro' players running Fleeting Footwork on Caitlyn as opposed to the 'traditional' Press The Attack on 95% of ADCs

How do they compare specifically on Caitlyn?

She doesn't need the bonus damage as much as she needs the extra safety. Plus, she doesn't have a fast way of proccing PtA unlike champions like Lucian.

Now that Fleet has been nerfed it's debatable. Since it's not giving you great sustain on minions anymore I would say it depends on your match up. If you're going to need to kite quite a bit Fleet is better especially with pairing it with rapid fire cannon so you can somewhat be safe.

If the enemy botlane can fight back FleetWork, if it's free lane go PtA.

I would think FF would be slightly better in most cases, but we're getting close to a point of balance where it really does depend on your playstyle and matchup I think. Both are good.

And I don't know where you're getting PtA on 95% of adcs. For the last couple of patches, FF has been best on almost every adc I've looked at on op.gg.
