Graves already lost his cigar, so you have to think that players have suffered enough with him.
Lovelle1 votesHe doesn't have Pounce and he still blows up when focused. Riot honestly buffed him the wrong way. They should've given him an incentive for building defense, rather than reducing his mana costs.
