% true damage wich scales off AD, what Fiora needs at this point is that damage to scale exponetially with AD like Akali's passive does, so in that way she is encouraged to build full AD if she wants to take advantage of her abilities, because right now it is ridiculous how she can kill anyone and still be tanky, dealing insane damage with insane tank items.

Its all over reddit but here you go, Spirit Visage, Sunfire, Rylais, Titanic, Mercs, are core then you can get any ap or tank item you want.

It is actually ok, she doesn't have any relliable damage and with a item 3156 you can counter her easily, adding a item 3026 will make her suffer a LOT, she doesn't posses any magic pen or armor pen in her build so some defenses and a pink in the lane will make her sh-t, it is more about this being a new play pattern and people don't know how to play against it.
