oh you lost lane?

let me, the jungler berate you for losing lane, while the only time i ever come to it is to leech cs out of it because hey, you don't need it now that you lost lane. i need it more.

i HATE junglers that do that so much. they never try to help you out, but are quick to come and take your cs when no one else is in lane because you lost.

listen here stupids going into a lane that lost as a jungler and leeching their CS does NOTHING for your team. all it does is divide the team gold around and leave someone crippled through the whole game. let them AT LEAST catch up on farm. if you don't, and decide to just go to their lane every time and race them to a big cs wave and steal it all, you're part of the problem and have NO right to say that person cost you the game when he's useless in a teamfight. im saying this through both seeing it happen to people who did poorly in lane, AND personal experience. let's face it. everyone has a rough game, and i'm sure you've all dealt with a situation like this.

general rule of thumb. jungler if you want to take cs from my lane, you better damn well get me a kill or an assist to compensate for that. and even then, that doesn't mean take EVERY SINGLE CS.

Does this look like the bitching and moaning board to you?

I personally though, agree on the context but not on the attitude.

is what im saying so unreasonable that people downvote? did this game suddenly not become a team game and switch over to the mentality of "someone's doing bad. im not gonna help him. im just gonna help myself"

all i said is junglers who deny their teammates cs when they have a bad start are hurting their team more than helping.

Wait what

no one else is in lane

Huh.

As a Melee Carry/Raid Boss Jungler, the kind you probably hate the most because of the extreme lack of ganks and what tends to look like "stealing" CS, please allow me to put two cents on the issue.

If no one else is in lane, like flat out nobody, any minions that die will be wasted gold potential and if the lane is pushing in the enemy team's direction, by the time an enemy champion comes to clean it up, the wave would've snowballed into a monster wave and the enemy laner gets a shitton of gold. I would not allow that, normally, so if I see our lane pushing, I would normally shove it as fast as I can so that our minions are under their tower. This resets the minion wave and, especially if I was fast enough, the wave now begins to shove in our team's direction. This means that the we get the gold advantage if I did it right. Similarly, I could just try to destroy the tower if our minion wave is big enough, just in general a lane with really nobody in it is a free lane for me to help our entire team.

This also applies to if the enemy laner isn't there but you're still in lane. If we work together, especially after 8 minutes, even a little bit of help can get a melee carry or a raid boss to destroy a tower. I tend to do this when I notice that your laner is off in the opposite side of the map; like if the enemy Top Laner teleported somewhere to the bottom side of the map or if the mid laner is in a side lane.

On the other hand though, if your enemy laner is there and you're not, I'm probably going to try to freeze the lane in front of the tower. Granted, it's still for selfish reasons (I still get more gold from freezing a lane than to farm my Jungle forever) but do also realize I'm protecting the tower too if I freeze correctly, guaranteeing that even if you're losing lane, you have somewhere safe to run back to for that much longer. I also happen to know how to win lane really well with my melee carries, so I may even be able to find an opportunity an cripple your enemy laner for you as well.

I'm not usually the guy who will call you out for losing, but I am the jungler who will randomly enter lanes without explaining myself first. If it helps, this is my perspective on the matter.

if you're doing your job as a jungler, which is either farming the jungle well, or getting kills/assists, and securing objectives, then you have no reason to go to someone else's lane while they're trying to farm and catch up and just deny them gold.
