New, Reworked, and Updated Champions on the First Week

Should be automatically banned from Ranked and automatically unbannable in Normal Draft.

No one should be allowed to play a new champion or a newly reworked champion in Ranked. How comfortable you are with a champion does not matter in this case, it is how comfortable your teammates and enemies are with it. You may have played 100 games with it on the PBE, but not everyone else has that opportunity. Thus it is unfair for either team for someone to be able to pick a new or newly reworked champion into Ranked.

On the other hand, how are you going to learn how to play as/with/against a champion if they are perma-banned in Normals? Customs? That doesn't teach you as much as a match in Normals will. Just because you did not get the primary role that champion is designed for, does not really give you the right to ban it away from other people who may want to play it. I understand not wanting to play against it or with it, but the best way to learn is to actually play with or against it.

So i believe that for the first week of their release they should be disabled from Ranked and unbannable in Normals. This gives everyone a week to adjust to this new champion, learn its strengths and weaknesses, what builds for and against it, etc. This also has the added benefit of a champion not becoming a terror or a hindrance in Ranked and allows for any problems or bugs to become known before they are abused.

I don't know why you felt the need to tell me your Rank but ok have fun. I think it is a pretty shitty thing to do to your teammates, personally.

Cause typically low elo players use this as an excuse for losing a game.

Everyone uses this as an excuse at all elo's. Honestly, I don't have an issue playing against new champions, even if I lose I don't care too much. My issue with Ranked is when someone on my team picks it because they wanted to try it out. See I am low ELO, so my teammates skills are not at the level of being able to fully utilize a champions kit the first time they use it. I don't mind losing so much, but I don't like to lose because my teammates are intentionally giving themselves a disadvantage.

Tbh though most of my issue comes with Normals and people banning the champion because they didn't get it or they don't want to fight it.

If your suggestion is to play Blind Pick... no... i don't want to play "who can click faster?" because it always ends up with someone dodging if they lose.
