Ixoziel2 votesWhy exactly should anyone rejoice that the easiest, cheesiest champ in the game might be viable again? Her gameplan basically revolves around right clicking on ranged enemy minions, which has the bonus effect of harassing while you farm. If you're feeling particularly skilled you could use one of her three point and click abilities.
The community will remember how obscenely annoying she is to play against if she becomes popular again.

Teemo isn't more annoying than Kayle. Teemo is strictly good against auto attackers and champs with very short range that he can kite. Anything that relies on spells / outranges him has no problem with him. Kayle has no such weaknesses. The only way to deal with her is with poke champs such as Xerath, Lux, and Ziggs. She has a Zhonyas she can put on ANYONE on her team, except they can still attack and move during it. Whenever she's picked she basically makes assassins unviable.

Yeah, Kayle is lame.
You either outrange her and don't have to eat her harass, or you can face-tank her harass and kill her first (without being kited, somehow). There's not much of a middle ground with Kayle.

That is exactly my point. The problem is, you can't kill her first alone. The only person that can do it is MAYBE Mal'zahar if he lands a silence, which is her fault for getting hit in the first place. There's basically no way to outplay Kayle. You just have to hope that she screws up and forgets to use her abilities.
The other problem is she doesn't just counter assassins, she can counter assassins NO MATTER WHO THEY TARGET. Vlad is good against fizz since he can completely avoid the ult, but kayle can make ANYONE on her team avoid the ult, and they can still cast / attack / move too. same against Zed. Same against Talon. Same against Annie.
The problem here is there's no way to get rid of her ult to continue killing her. There are other champs that can peel assassins, like Mal'zahar, but you can buy quicksilver sash to get rid of his CC. There's no such measures against Kayle. You can't go in until she ults or you won't get a kill (and will die very fast since you're an assassin).
