I am in disbelief that Riot's Balance Team could be this terrible

There's is no way a team of about 10 people are so incredibly incompetent and yet can give detailed replies in conversation. It's just statistically impossible.

There is no way Bramble Vest is allowed pasted ~10 individuals to be so fucking retarded proof broken and more interactive than Janna. There's no way Ardent Censer says broken for multiple patches on end. There's no way Locket stays so incredibly broken that teams buy 2 of it every fucking game. There's no way Stoneplate says so impossibly, unfathomably broken that it dictates the entirety of who is viable top lane, unless you're Jayce, in which there's no fucking way Riot's new developers don't learn AFTER THE 3RD TIME that you cannot buff Jayce AND THEN NOT EXPECT HIM TO FUCK MELEE CHAMPIONS LEFT AND RIGHT BECAUSE NOTHING ABOUT HIS KIT WAS CHANGED. There's no way Sejuanni stays so incredibly broken that I get to mock, "WHAT, RIOT SEJUANNI ISN'T PICK BAN AT WORLDS? THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! RIOT ACTUALLY DID BALANCE!" There's no way Stattik Shiv + Rapid Firecannon stays as a combo for so fucking long, but the moment bruisers aren't shit they're gutted. There's no way Riot is so fucking incompetent that they'd actually buff Fiora right back into the spot where she was at a 16% playrate and 50% banrate. There's no way Riot would actually consider nerfing The Black Cleaver DESPITE TANKS BEING REALLY FUCKING BROKEN RIGHT NOW.

So I'd like to ask the entire balance team, and Riot entirely, one single question: What the bloody hell is going on? Shoutout to the Rioters actually talking to the community about Blue Essence.

They change too much too fast too soon without factoring in after effects and leave the players to beta test their mistakes. That much I'm sure of. I do think there's a level of arrogance that stems from the fact they, like Blizzard & WoW, have their genre's 'sewn up' so pretty much do as they wish.

If they introduced things slower, with gradual testing and not in such abundance as well as listened to feedback I could appreciate it. I

It just feels like every 2-4 months there's an avalanche of changes that break they game.
