Because it totally denies ANY melee assassin into the game, making them only high risk with 0 reward with a single button click. Because of this, you have to load heavy amounts of damage on their kits in order for them to be able to do something. Just delete/rework exhaust and balance them accordingly

Everything into this game has a CD. I don't care about exhaust. Only care about it though, because it totally denies assassins like Talon, Fizz, Katarina, who once they go in, they have to kill their target, or they will most likely die. Leblanc and Zed are offenders to this because they can easily go back

They didn't remove QSS. Also, the ONLY assassin you used to use QSS against was Zed. Fizz is a example too, but fizz doesn't have a easy laning phase.

People Used QSS for Everything. Including trundle Ult....if you can take the power of a champ a destroy it with a single Item the Item is therefore Un-Balanced.
I don't get why people are asking for it to be changed back, I love this.
it makes it easier to ban the outliers if the response isn't "Buy QSS, get gud".
Also on the subject give Zed his Ridiculous Dive Potential but make it so he can't go back to Original shadow Unless he gets a Kill or assist. Reduce W CD(pre-nerf) to compensate. just a spitball of an idea.
