Kayle's design is as streamlined as it gets. You Attack people with AoE magic powered autos. You have a heal/speed up move, and a slow/ semi nuke. And you have an ult that can make you invincible to damage for a couple of seconds, all to keep you auto attacking your target with the same basic attacks.
Tryndamere's Pretty much the same design except more selfish and melee. Where's his five AD removed?
Honestly if they want to nerf Kayle, they should just get CertaintyT to rework her.

The Perfect Hex Core gives more AP than before at levels 16-18. The weaker Hex Cores are nerfed in the meantime, but considering even the base Hex Core is free AP for Viktor, I don't see why nerfing it is a big deal.

First, these are people on the internet you're talking about. Experts on cat pictures and complaining? Yes. Experts on game design? no.
Secondly - Riot balances the game around the competitive level. Champions like Riven and Vayne that perform very well against scrublords aren't the most amazing champions at the competitive scene. Both are decent enough to get some play in the right comp, but they aren't contested picks or really ban-worthy. At the competitive level - Kayle is hotly contested and ban worthy every single year.
