Well ramus is the answer to AD teams. So it's no surprise he's strong right now when riot buffed ad a lot

Just like if they made AP vastly op that there were constantly teams of 4-5 ap champs every game Galio win rate would jump 10-15% like ramus did, ramus isn't op, he's just effected by the AD dominating in the best way possible, he gets to perform his nitch pick requirements much more often now, elevating his win rate

Ya and if they were nerfing him in a way that was in any way significant I would be less okay with it. in fact you could almost consider this change combined with the change to powerball pathing to be a buff since it is going to be easier to navigate around minions.

Translation: "I argue win rates because basic math/basic ranked statistics r 2 complicattex for me"

Ultra low pick rate champions have inflated win rate. Ultra high pick rate champions have deflated win rate. Exceptions occur when champions are grossly overpowered (Ex: Post rework gangplank), this has universally been the case.

Stay bronze though.

Also taking into account all other champion popularity. looking at the stats, rammus has a 7.9% ban rate (top 15), win rate of 54.5% all month (top 2), but a popularity of 5% all month (top 74). despite this, popularity in solo queue skews things slightly, but not alot. just define's their absolute value a lot harder. more data with the same result is worth the same as little data with the same result. his winrate is high. quinn malzahar and trundle too, but their pick rates are low. doesn't mean anything if they're top 5.

Riven is in a nerfed spot anyway. She's now less powerful due to health-based tanks, and she doesn't do percent health damage, meaning she isn't THE go to champ anymore, especially since the masteries don't really correlate well with her as with other champs. She's just less useful.

Zed is strong already, so i agree with you on that one. in the meta where the games correlate to ADC/AD Melee champs, zed can take them out with ease when he has youmuu's, which has buffed armor pen and hence his builds lack diversity as they are already good against diverse comps.

I may be silver, but "I am right because I am higher rank in solo queue" argument should suffice here :)

He's played by rather inexperienced people 60% of the time, and that group wins almost 55% of the time. Are we really going to pretend Rammus is one of those champions with a high difference in win rate between both ends? You literally just Q and then taunt and mash your buttons, the end, no decision making beyond knowing when to go in and where to be.

direct counter to total AD comps, its not the champ, its the play style which is grossly overpowered, Meddler forbid one of the most basic and weak champions gets a high win rate due to his highly specific use.

if you see a rammus get picked, why dont you just invade him at level 2 and make him have a terrible day?

Well now thats a nerf.. I do not agree with Assassin buffs at all unless they reach azir/gragas winrates.
