Talon Rework Suggestion

Since Zed's release he has always been a better version of Talon. He practically does Talon's job way better, but between Zed and Talon there is only one noticeable difference in playstyle. Talon wants to get close and personal to kill you while Zed wants to strike from the shadows before jumping in to deliver the final blow. I thought it'd be best to double down on Talon's "in your face" assasination style incoporating some pseudo-tankiness to allow him to do so rather than invulerability; and making his mobility more versatile (now has a potential escape) but giving a fair window opportunity for enemies to thwart that mobility.

(Passive) Contract Killer: Killing a target grants Talon invisibility lasting 3.5 seconds if a visible enemy champion is in range. (If no enemy is in sight Talon will remain invisible indefinately until an enemy champ is in visible range) Range: 2000 units.

(Alt Passive) Panic!: Dealing damage with an ability marks a target with Panic the mark lasts 2.75 seconds and has it's own hp bar of 45 - 300 +13% of the target's max health. If Talon is able to deplete the marks hp within time. It will burst dealing 45/60/75% of the marks hp as physical damage and fear the target for 0.75 seconds.

Q: Talon jabs in a line dealing moderate damage and applying Crimson's Touch to every champion hit.

Crimson's Touch: Targets bleed for 4/7/10/13/16 +15% Total AD (+4% missing hp) physical damage at 0.5 second intervals for 2.5 secs and lasts an extra 2 seconds if they are knocked below 33% hp. Bleeding targets deal 12% reduced damage.

Crimson Touch's damage is increased by 50% against targets marked with Panic! All healing abilities including summoner 7 will remove the bleed.

W: Talon sends blades out then they retract after a 0.375 sec delay dealing damage evertime they pass through a target. Recasting W before the blades retract, breaks them off the retracting wire. Extending them an extra 325 units.

E: After a 0.75 second delay, Talon blinks to a target location dealing minor damage. He spins on arrival with great force slashing enemies with the blades on his cape and knocking targets back, away from Talon's epi-center. Target's struck have thier armor reduced by 15%.

R: Talon sends out blades around him as usual gaining Contract Killer's effect. These blades deal damage every time they pass through an enemy and apply Crimson Touch to champions.

Why does his E have a 1 second delay? And in general I don't think Talon should be given any incentive to build tank. You can make the bleed do damage that's increased based on missing health (like Riven ult) but I don't think anyone wants to see more assassins with tank affinity. The bleed should also give him damage amp or something else instead of damage reduction, since damage reduction would make him more like a fighter. Other than that, I like the idea of him getting stealth when he kills someone in addition to ulting, as well as his W having a reactivation mechanic. Making champions more interactive is always a good thing.

Like Darius getting ready to do a Decimate swing Talon assumes a stance before blinking in. I have reduced it to the duration of a Darius swing tho.

Also, you'll see Katarina gains 15% damage resistance when using Shunpo on enemy. Fizz takes reduced damage from autos thanks to his passive and Rengar as we all know has a heal as well as a resistance buff. Ahri and Yi too can heal themselves. Showing that healing and damage mitigation are not foreign attributes to the assassin class. Zed and LB have the highest mobility+outplay potential so it's no surprise why they couldn't have defensive traits.

i find it rather redundant to have grievous wounds on a bleed ability but make it and the GW disappear when any heal is applied.

Lol that would be stupid if it were GW. But it's not, it's a simple DoT (Damage over Ticks). It doesn't reduce healing whatsoever. Check again.

Well yea I changed a bit after my comment. But I never had Grevious Woinds in there. Was always just a regular bleed.

I'd have Riot in my name if it were the case.
