How so?

If you can present a decent argument that he is too powerful (not necessarily annoying), and suggest ways that he could be balanced in a manner not to "Olaf" him and keep him competitively fair and viable, especially when statistics suggest otherwise with his extraordinarily low pick rate and a mediocre win rate, then I would be willing to accept he is OP.

I'm not saying he isn't OP, I'm not saying he is OP, I am questioning this statement that is ordering me to accept it so therefore I am giving a reasonable challenge and a chance to sway my opinion.

I would not exactly call him OP because... well I can't remember having played against an Urgot in the recent past, but he does have the second highest pick/ban rate of all ADCs in the EU LCS right now. Only Kalista is more valuable in competitive play.

I'm just trying to be polite. Got a few haters because I love to argue (even a stalker at this point, just waiting for him to post one more time so I can send a support ticket). Anyway, yeah, just trying to clean up the act, be clear and concise so people stop putting words in my mouth with little room for misinterpretation, and look less like I'm QQing about something.

But yeah, I don't think Urgot is OP unless someone could change my mind about it.

Youn know thisn is exactly the mistake msot people make taht leads them to underestimate Urgot. He is a marksman, but he is not necessariliy an ADC.

He is a Fighter, he even used to be classified as a Tank. if you build him that way he can be really strong.

Well, yes. He doesn't build ADC, he builds as a weird AD bruiser. But a lot of the time he is the marksman in bot lane and right now he's the second most popular bot lane carry in the EU LCS.
