Actually, I think Zed is one. He was designed to kill mages. I think that makes him an assassin. j/s

Twitch is a unique assassin that takes skill to be played as an assassin because you should also be in a good position.

kha zix is in the top 3 of fastest killing potential out of all assassins.

However, he really has to work for it. Late game, it will be hard to get any kind of pick off, because of the isolation passive. He offers more counterplay and as a champion requires more clever playing (at least at lower skills where I am) to pull him off.
