and completely remove the 100% AD ratio on it? the only thing worse then AP fizz is AD fizz and it would actually still be an AP fizz nerf technically since fizz has like 90+ ad late game and 0.1 would only had 80 if you had 800 AP
EDIT:remove the bonus ad ratio not the total ad ratio. shout out to Menea Calais for giving this idea

Note, one possible issue with this is it would lose it's on-hit effect property, making AP Fizz have a much harder time cheesing people. Which sounds kinda nice actually but it might push him a little too far, which may lead to compensation buffs, and no one wants that... unless they're like Veigar's compensation buffs.
