Lee is god awful in solo queue, everyone who isnt diamond, is absolute trash with that champion, plus he has no late game.
Riot doesnt nerf/buff champions solely on their winrate
They buff lee sin in the style of new players, and it doesn't change pro lee sin's playing that much.
Pros always try to optimizes their AA and kick enemy carry back to their team, which noob lee sin's can't do.
