Sometimes even when I stand on it first, the stupid game gives it to my useless top laner instead.

I thought they changed it to where you just click on it now and then BAM you have the buff? and isn't it usually the top laner that should take it anyway for the split push/top tower shove for roaming?

No, I'm the jungler. I take it for faster clear speed, more spellvamp (I build gunblade), and higher burst on every gank.

To the OP, maybe it goes to whoever does the most damage to the Rift Herald? Also, due to the downvote I see, try not using a gif of Gamzee, or a gif at all, if you want people to take a question seriously.
