A champion with such a power crept ability to STEAL other people's ultimate will NEVER be anything less then an obvious example of Riot's greed and desire to make more money at the expense of game balance. I don't care what his other stats are like, that ability ALONE is pure power creep and reason why he never deserves to see play.

I don't think you understand what power creep is a power creep would be if riot released a champion that filled the same niche as a older champion or was just better based on kit alone and has not done that there are better mids then zoe and she does not fit into any other champion niches that existed before her, same with pyke and sylus. A real example of power creep would be neeko w since it is basically wukong w but better.

Riot makes like $50 off of directly selling a champion.
And only idiots buy a skin just because a champion is temporarily strong.
