idc if it hp per lvl or base hp but she is way to squishy for a melee assassin it hurts even more that the price of was increased(which honestly hurt her hard)

If Katarina is doing Melee damage to anything other than Minions or turrets, then she's playing Katarina wrong anyways. Kata's strength is in her Q-poke in lane, and her Group All-in potential. Wait for CC to be on CD, then E+Q+R and W+E to escape with sick resets bruh.

ONE MORE THING:

With items like Rylai's and Abyssal Synchronizing SO well with Katarina's kit, there's really no reason for her to have even more HP lategame. She's an assassin, she should be played like that, picking off out-of-position enemies and bursting small groups with insane mixed damage, before using Shunpo to Vanish off into the jungle again.

THAT IS IF SHE IS FED AND FARMED if she even dies once she is screwed some what atleast she just needs a tiny base hp increase even a 10 base hp increase would do wonders..
