It's not a skin, it's actually an update to an item.

item 3504 will be gold and called Victorious Ardent Censer.

I'm half expecting them to move the Ward Skin from Ranked Teams to be the reward for Gold in each. I hope I'm wrong, but that's what I'm expecting none the less.

There was no mention of 3v3 rewards just an exclusive one for getting Gold+ in Solo and Flex and same standard rewards.

November 8th is pre season and that's also the time ranked is done for the season.

They said there would be end of season honour rewards, but skin(s) is just player theory, and it could be anything.

Champ skins seems a bit much imo although it's possible they might start an honourable skin line, but I'd guess more along the lines of a ward skin.

One year they gave out mystery skins as a reward for being honorable. I could see that more than a unique skin for a champion.

it was previously mentioned that there would be exclusive rewards for players with high honour, and a skin line was hinted at but not confirmed.

my guess is to bring back the challenger series they dumped that was originally supposed to be the counter to the victorious series.

Challenger line was just reworked into the conqueror line of skins, and now is the msi associated esports skin line, similar to championship is for worlds. The initial challenger skins are still so named, and still considered esports skins though, so it'd kind of be a mess if they added more challenger skins that weren't esports ones.

Generally the victorious skin is a champion that shaped the meta. This season, I think it's been a bit harder for them. Jhin seems like a good choice for this season. As the early lethality meta was heavily influenced by Jhin and DFT.

MF and Varus also enjoyed the lethality spike, nah the skin Probably goes to an enchanter like Soraka.

Season always ends in early/mid November (I think I saw 11/8 for this year?). They usually unveil rewards near the end of September/early October. We are on the correct timeline.

They will let us know that more closely towards the end of the season. It should be fairly soon though since there are only 2 patches before pre-season is here.

I really want to know the rewards too. Im S1 in flex going to keep it that until i know what i get. 3v3 i never touched ever but if i have to for a cool reward ill get it gold. My prediction is they announce it at worlds finals maybe? or offical start of worlds (Groups)
