Why people stopped complaining about vladmir?

Vlad is bad against Vayne.

When did people start complaining about Vladimir? I don't come here often because people here know nothing about the subjects of gameplay nor balance, but even in-game I never see people say Vlad is too strong. I don't even see him that often.

He hasn't been nerfed or buffed for a long time. And he's been nerfed a lot. I don't see what oculd have changed to make people think he's stronger. Unless you're talking about the meta, but why nerf a champion because the meta favors them? That will just make them ludicrously underpowered once the meta shifts. Nerf what's changing the meta, not the champions that are capable of making use of it. And there haven't been new items or mechanics that favor Vlad since...ever. Unless you want to REALLY grasp at straws and say Luden's.

It stopped since the end of S2, unless you've either been living under a rock or in bronze 5 so you didn't notice.

Vlad is really weak, I even stomp him with melee carries, who he more or less was intended to counter. If you let him get out of hand (he needs alot of stuff to be relevant) then he deserves to be capable of carrying.
