They can say the exact same thing but because of how ignorant and biased this community is, it's always going to be seen as "He has a higher elo, so he's automatically right."

The important distinction to make here is that most of the time, low elo complaints are complaining about things that are faults on their end. For example: a low elo person complaining about how Katarina mops up their whole team. Katarina is allowed to do that when you don't play against her properly. So when they complain about something that is caused by a failure on their end, they don't have a viable argument, and thus get downvoted.

Anyone can make a great post as long as it's backed up by reasonable means. Though you are not wrong, a handful of popular opinions are created by higher elos, then bandwagoned by lower divisions simply because a few popular high elo players made a "popular opinion standpoint".
Ahmi1 votesBecause they can't. They are too inexperienced and just bad in general at the game and typically lack a lot of knowledge.
I know it's hard for your enormous ego to take in, but you are bad at the game and as harsh as it is, don't really have the right to contribute to balance changes. You can have an opinion, but it won't matter at all because your opinion will be clouded by an overall below average mentality on how the game works and functions.
