The Fiora nerf encourages tanky Fiora

I think Riot should have looked at nerfing any part of her kit but Riposte. Fiora with weaker defenses from Riposte will seek to overcome those defenses to live between Ripostes with tanky items. She'll still lean heavily on her %hp true damage and high bases to be a threat and build to become tanky.
