does not have west coast 30 ping but east coast 150 ping

give me the 30 ping and watch how fast and easy i get gold if not platnum

no serisuly did you not see the ap shit west coasters going nuts becuase there 30 ping went to 90

our average ping over here is 90 or 150 pending who your isp is. i dont have an isp parentered to riot in the area where i live so i have no choice but to play with 150 ping and i still do 1 man carries

i had my entire team combined damage on my own. youll notice the thorn mails that didnt matter becuase 6 items...

these are rare strictly for two reasons

make it jsut the player base and all the sudden my odds of carrying are way up since my actaul adc isnt twitch or draven but Lucian and i was averaging 5 turrets and most damage dealt with him

not to be rasict but ill show you why there's a stereo type of the run black man run becuase with 30 ping i can not only juke all 5 of you but kill all 5 of you

i legit out trade and can 1v2 at this level the only problem i run into is bad supps and ping regluarly

veigar wasnt reworked he was gutted.

his w e combo was his best skill he was the counter play to Leblanc thats impossble now that hes been gutted

Ahri Leblanc are why they gutted veigar the stopped being able to roam bot for LC$ big play$ becuase koreans where using him as a supp becuase of his stun and the moblity creeps like Ahri Akali Fizz Leblanc where getting shut down by a supp pickthat could actaully shut them down completely made ap mid assians not as strong and adcs safer
