Reduce Shaco's W detonation range as a buff to his assassin playstyle

Not the range of its attacks, just its detection If it had reduced range, it would:

Not just get procced by minions half of the time

Not just be used as something to chuck in the middle of a teamfight and annoy everyone

Do more damage to the target that procced it (since there'd be less minions around it at the same time, and the champ wouldn't just walk out of it INSTANTLY)
