lissandra is good to be honest , i play her a lot . she might need a "buff" on her ult to decrease the time of cdr because it's 130 sec and it's very important skill as being a squishy target

The buffs weren't anything at all though, I mean extra damage on her Q is nice, but you're never going to OOM on Liss after you get a mana item so really, the passive change is just another placebo buff.
