Which build would you prefer?

Build A does 1484.45 DPS to a single target + 593.78 Hurricane bolts.

Build B does 983.1275 DPS to a single target + 600.17 Hurricane bolts with 3.32% max health damage on hit per second.

Build A has Tabi's while build B has tabi's and wit's end for defensive stats.

Build A for squishies and build B for tanks

The 3.32% max health is still about 300 DPS short of Build A if you are hitting a 4k hp tank. Though it is applied on the Hurricane bolts so it would be nice for 2-3 tank teams (Still is less raw damage output though).

you are leaving out too many factors, to make a good guess. What role are you playing(top, mid, jungle, bot, support)? What items make this up? What character are you (burst or sustained damage)? What team comp are you playing against? What is your team comp?

I was debating whether this was a build worth trying to mess around with on Kog'maw.

Not necessarily that build order, but the ap on nashor's plus cdr seem really nice for a cheaper build. I also considered a item 3022 over Nashor's but it loses you 2.5 Attack speed.

I think what I want to do is item 3124 item 1419 item 3153 item 3047 item 3091 item 3085 mid lane. Matches Build A's Dps vs targets with 3k hp while getting 16.6% Max Hp damage per second from bloodrazer that applies on hurricane. It's a really nice blend of the 2 options.
