Anyone else want a ranged tank support item? I think it'd really open up the role of support to a more versatile pool, and it'd help out ranged supports like Bard or Lulu that might want to opt out of spellthief's for a tankier option.

The Bearded Bard2 votesBecause getting in range of an ADC as a squishy support often means death for you. I'd rather build Bard full tank than what I build now which is FQC then full tank.

Guyy Fieri1 votesI don't see a need for it. If you want to go tanky, just get Relic Shield or Ancient Coin. I will acknowledge that if I just laned Bard v Bard supports, I build spell theifs, the other Bard build Ancient Coin. We managed to steamroll the lane quicker through getting a couple picks but I don't attribute that to the support item since I hadn't yet finished FQC and didn't have the active.
