I'm not saying you cant play her and do well its very much possible I just cant seem to find a reason to play her over anything else I love 
but never really get to play her because shes just not good. I find myself playing 
ADC more than I do simply because its just better.

To make her more viable instead of buffing her they should just nerf adcs like lucian and jhin cause they make bot lane completely unplayble for everyone else at this point. Like i don't even remember when vayne had her r reworked a little late last season being as toxic as the state lucian and jhin are in now. Lucian himself has made it to where i can't play mains anymore. I've had to stop playing miss fortune and kai sa cause i just cant work the match up.

its not even really the other adc matchups 
and 
really do suck for her to lane against but its everyone being so damn fast that she cant even kite just to name a few 
Ashes strongest skill is her kiteing but she cant do that anymore if she cant kite them shes just too slow at least if I play i have at least the capability in defending myself

Solo queue is never going to value utility properly, but that doesn't mean Ashe is a bad champ.

and im not saying she "bad" but shes also not good she was a fine pick last season but she is not now because of the mass amounts of mobility i mean 
got 5 extra movement speed because he was having the same issue
