Will champions / items who were either buffed or nerfed indirectly get an update in the near future?

While it might not have been intentional, many champions/items have become "buffed" or "nerfed" as a result of the new season and pre-season changes. Specifically champions who, because of item changes and removals, have had some of there abilities weakened or rendered useless, and items with passives/actives that are utility based. (All of this is my opinion).

Some Examples:

  • Evelynn : She can no longer use her invisibility to it's fullest since there are only item 2043 in the shop now (which are really cheep to buy), 2 forms of anti vision trinkets (item 3341 and item 3364 ), and item 3362. Also, with item 3711 now granting wards, jungles become a minefield where just tacking a camp or using your w to move about faster can alert your position to the world. Now these are not necessarily new concepts, but they have become forced into the game with the removal of green wards from the item pool and the addition of item 3364 with its 10 seconds of semi-true vision (reveals champions and objects as red no revealed) and the game mechanic that allows item 3364 and item 3341 to semi-reveal hidden champions and fully disable other things without having to do much in terms of effort to find them. Lastly with item 3092 finding its way into most games (sometimes on multiple people as well), you can be spotted without them even meaning to find you. Your taking scuttle crab when all of a sudden, their mid lanner reveals you when they are trying to slow down your mid lanner.

  • Teemo : Yes Teemo. He is affected similarly to EEvelynn with vision issues. A while back, his ult duration was cut in half from 10 minutes to 5 minutes and removal was simplified from 3 basics to 3 ranged basics or 2 melee. But all that was before vision control was made so cost effective and more or less "forced". So now, his mushrooms will not catch anyone with a item 3364 or item 3341 since they are both revealed and disabled. Jungler ganks teemo with ease now because of the disabling feature and the 10 seconds allows more than enough time for most if not all to be removed without threat of detonation.

  • item 3512 : Since towers now fall quite easily now, this item has become a common purchase by top laners, junglers, and supports. Sometimes a team will have 3 or more and can easily siege towers or push lanes without having to "be" there. 3 portals where one goes in each lane would give every lane pushing power (or a freeze) that is unrewarding for the opposing team since they give minimal benifit by killing them (Nasus Sion Veigar can stack off of them).

  • Warlord's Bloodlust: While not an item or a champion, still is ridiculously powerful. For champions like Illaoi, Olaf, and other attack speed based champs, the life steal becomes incredible. item 3072 item 3812 item 3153 item 3139 item 3074 would grant 67% lifesteel + 20% at low health. while not "meta" per-say, the life steal gained from items alone is still pretty high without the potential 22% + 8% strength from runic armor. If combined with item 3065, that is another 20% strength your life steal has. The crit component was "balanced" although crit was fairly easy to get, it at least was not a guarantee, especially early game. But this is, and to its fullest strength regardless of level or other constraints. Although the "strength" of the life steal depends on how much missing health you have, it is not a large factor to counter act the benefit gained from it. Maybe add some sort of requirement along with missing health to balance it out (imo).

You could have 2000000% lifesteal. When you are kited to death, it's absolutely useless.
