Nautilus has insanely high costs: Q: 60/70/80/90/100 W: 80 E: 60/70/80/90/100
Sej is soso compared just lowish base mana: Q: 80/85/90/95/100 W: 40 E: 55

Vore Monster2 votesSejuani can clear the entire jungle by herself without having to back with still having around 1/2 her HP. I've tested this twice and it turns out going 0/17/13 with 5 scaling armor and 4 flat armor seals, scaling MR glyphs, 2 AS quints and 1 flat AD quint, and flat AD marks.

Meep Man2 votesNautilus all in all does need lower mana costs. His costs are ridiculous. However, he can Support and Top very effectively right now since his W DoT is so big.
Sejuani needs that Q mana cost lowered by about 15 overall. When that happens, she is gonna be a beast top lane, but not overpowered like Maokai was.

It's just gotten to the point that they wont come back as junglers While they may not struggle super hard, they won't do anything and the fact they struggle more then most junglers out there made the reason to pick them almost pointless.
